Meet the Founders
I’m an 8-year creative strategist and consultant in the CRE world for a wide variety of high level assignments supporting deals and projects valued up to the nine figures. I primarily assist developers, brokers and owners for things such as pitch book development for raising debt/equity, offering memorandum development for investment sales and overall marketing strategy consulting for medium/large sized CRE brokerage shops and REITs. Recently I took my longstanding experience in commercial real estate print collateral and applied it to digital marketing, websites and branding.
Originally from New York, I got my start in the business as an analyst and marketing coordinator at the publicly traded commercial brokerage, Marcus and Millichap. I quickly discovered how properly positioned real estate can be the ultimate financial vehicle, so I took my experience to the marketing side of the industry. For the past three years, I’ve honed my skillset - design, digital advertising and copywriting - to help create a one stop-shop for professionals looking to differentiate their properties and services. Eclipsing 7 years now, I love the relationships I have fostered and the creative aspect of what can be a very whitewashed industry.
